Robin Rothrock
| was born in the dry climate of west Texas. | |||||
| She is continually drawn to wetter regions the same way a tree‘s roots | |||||
| search for it. Water plays an important role in both her choice of | |||||
| where to live and what -- and how -- to paint. | |||||
In the process of her own technique, hand-printing, she |

| continues to illustrate the importance of water both as a tool | |||||
| and a subject, capturing the essence of her own connections to what she | |||||
| sees | and feels. | ||||
